Louise Spence-Mohamed was born in Moose Factory, grew up in Fort Albany and is a member of the Constance Lake First Nation.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Nipissing University and is the owner of Okakeskimiwew Indigenous Counselling & Psychotherapy.
