Our health care team is coming to Kashechewan First Nation!

When?

Our nurses will be in Kashechewan from January 13 to 15 to meet new patients.

How can you sign up?

You need to fill out an intake package.

• Pick one up at Kashechewan Health Services.

• Our team will also be at the Northern Store on January 13-15 giving out packages and answering questions.

• If you need help filling it out, call us at 705-269-6662, and we can schedule an appointment to help you fill it out.
